Mamidi pandu Panakam

Ingredients:
3 large mangoes(1kg)
1 cup of milk
1/2 tsp of cardamom powder
2-3 tbsps of sugar
pinch of salt


Procedure:

Wash the mangoes and extract the pulp from the mangoes.

Add milk, sugar, salt and cardamom powder to the mango pulp. Mix it and check the taste, adjust sugar if needed.

(you can even adjust the consistency of milk, according to the thickness you are looking for...)

serve cool or at room temperature with poori or attu(indian pan cakes)
